Weeeell.... You're not to far off sweetie. I'm William, one of Random's personalities. He suffers from a disorder call Disassociative Identity Disorder... Or more commonly called Multiple Personality Disorder. Unlike many of the other personalities, I know that I am just one of many.

((Just looked it up and apparently there's not really such a thing as hyperactive disorder. The closest thing that I can describe Riley's condition as is ADHD, so that's what it'll be.))
