Unless we can create a magic amplifier to multiply the effects of a spell.. It would take less work for a unicorn to hold a spell for a long time... I have been working on something like that, but it failed.

Probably have different some material materials and test the effect. I have tested quite a bit of materials and most failed. We probably have to ask Twilight or something. Maybe she have left over materials in the vault.
