He shrugs. "It isn't that impressive or useful either. Wait, let me demonstrate for a few seconds." His eyes go black and the light around them starts to vanish completely. Slowly black lines start creeping over his sking, going out from his eyes and he stops again, the light starts coming back. The lines stay on his body but his eyes go back to normal. "See?"

"He nods. I know. Shadow and darkness tie close together though. You can't touch either of them but it can be dangerous because I can feel whatever is in shadow and that demon has sharp teeth and claws and all of that... basically he'll take your sight and attack out of pitch blackness."
