It's not, but unfortunately, there has been a hotbed of criminal activity that took advantage of the situation...*passes them some coffee & blankets* It gets even colder..

*nods and does the same* They didn't have time to setup a large fire,it was manageable.. but... the fires doesn't seem to stop. It seem the fire extinguishers we have are water based, but the fire seems to be from petrol.. we need a foam fire extinguisher.... There's barrels of petroleum around... I think there's one up stairs...
