I'm glad you asked. Its many things. It was a plantation, a resort and finally a abandoned asylum. Also a place where a ancient tribe used to live here. Your choice.

No? It changed hooves quite a few times throughout history? It was owned by natives, then ponies brought over, turned it into plantation and when that failed, a resort was built. But its business collapsed, and it was a asylum place last. It was supposed to be revamped, but the last owner went into bankruptcy.. And here it is, an abandoned place with many former buildings still intact. Nice, eh?
