Naw, take from the rich, give to the poor. I only keep what I need for food, and some other stuff. And it's illegal only by those who've made the city this way.

Huh, why not let social services do their job.. I heard that they give provisions and meal coupons for those who really need it...I think they are called 'food stamps' or something.
