Well Angel is basically a supernatural entity that sometimes takes on the body of a vessel. The body then changes slightly... Whenever he does take on a vessel, his angel powers can be transfered through the vessel to heal, teleport, Smit demons by touching their forehead,... And sometimes manipulate reality itself. But Angel lost his powers somehow and is trapped in this pony body.
