*Nods* Cloud and I maybe great at what we do, but we aren't immortal.

No, it was sudden and by surprise. I come from a long line of flying aces. My is considered one of the greatest to never be part of the wonderbolts. It's not that we have any animosity to them, it's just we never really desired to try. I'm not sure of the whole story behind that.

Also, there's that whole thing everypony in our family was part of the military and I decided to become a doctor. I'm not sure why they made a big deal about that.

But being a doctor with the military is also the same thing, isn't it..? I mean, it's a honorable thing and very few can become doctors... As for the bolts, hmm...you don't have to be great to join them, I always believe there's other ways to show off skills...well... honestly...I joined the bolts because I thought I could date mares easily and have a nice paycheck doing it too!
